Donations to all of our top charities are now tax deductible in Switzerland

We are happy to announce our partnership with Effektiv Spenden which allows us to offer tax deductible donations for all our top recommended charities for Swiss tax residents.
Who are Effektiv Spenden?
Effektiv Spenden is based in Germany and like Mieux Donner, their mission is to help donors find the best charities so that their donations can make a real difference. They operate in German speaking countries including Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
If Effektiv Spenden already operates in Switzerland, why are they partnering with Mieux Donner?
Although Effektiv Spenden operates in Switzerland, their content is in German and their reach is mainly in the german-speaking part of Switzerland. Effektiv Spenden is therefore partnering with Mieux Donner to help us reach donors in French-speaking Switzerland and allow them to donate in a tax efficient way.
How will Mieux Donner partner with Effektiv Spenden?
We are collaborating with Effektiv Spenden in three key ways:
Swiss donors can donate through Effektiv Spendens donation platform via our website and receive tax deductible donations for all of our top recommended charities.
All of our donors will have access to Effektiv Spenden’s Safeguarding the Future fund. This fund aims to address both threats to the long-term future of humanity and promote actions that help protect all people alive today. This is the first fund of its kind available to donors in France and French Speaking Switzerland.
The CEO of Effektiv Spenden, Anne Schulz, will act as Mieux Donner’s strategy advisor, allowing us to benefit from their advice.
To date, Effektiv Spenden has raised 63,771,541 euros for the most effective charities in the world, which means thousands of human lives saved, millions of animals lives improved and hundreds of thousands of tons of CO2 avoided, and we look forward to achieving similar success in France and French speaking Switzerland. We are very grateful to Effektiv Spenden for their collaboration and we believe it will result in many lives saved and improved.
